You can get a partial set of Tape-In extensions to add thickness and volume or you can get a full set to add length as well as volume and thickness.

You can use conditioner on the mid-lengths to ends of your hair but not anywhere near or on the Tape-In bonds.

Yes, you can swim and do activities with your Tape-In Extensions. We suggest wearing it in a loose braid and brushing with a wet brush and leave-in conditioner through the mid-lengths and ends every time you get out of the water. Submersion in salt water is to be avoided as it will deteriorate the tape-in bonds and cause the extensions to slip out. We suggest wearing in a top bun and not getting your hair in the water at all.

You will need to get new hair every 6-12 months.
